At Independent Eyewear Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames. If they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn eyewear within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Frames

Place the eyewear, original protective case, and cleaning cloth back into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
